Matt Lenihan, Senior Vice President, Leasing for St. John Properties addresses the commercial real estate brokers attending the recent breakfast event at 14400 Sweitzer Lane, a four-story 120,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building in Laurel that the company acquired in 2020. “Prior to acquiring the asset, we thought this high-profile building overlooking Interstate 95 matched our construction standards and looked like something we would build ourselves, so we had tremendous interest in it,” Lenihan said. The building features a brick and ribbon glass exterior, two-story lobby, floorplates measuring approximately 30,000 square feet, an outdoor patio area and a free, surface parking lot that can accommodate 400 vehicles.
