St. John Properties Hires DJ Andrew To Four-Year Partner-In-Training Program

Five professionals now in program designed to fuel company’s national expansion

St. John Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate development and management company active in nine states, has hired DJ Andrew as the latest professional in its signature four-year Partner-in-Training Program. The sequence, which prepares participants to open a new regional office in an area of the country identified as a growth market, teaches six different commercial real estate disciplines including development, construction, marketing, leasing, tenant improvements and property management. Andrew, a Certified Public Accountant, spent the past three years working with The Related Companies, a global real estate company based in New York City, most recently as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Eight professionals have completed the Partner-in-Training Program since its inception and an additional five are presently enrolled. Brooke Harlander, the most recent professional to complete the program, was promoted to Regional Partner and opened an office in Austin, Texas earlier this spring.In addition, Brandon Jenkins finished the Partner-in-Training Program in 2019 and was named Regional Partner of the company’s Colorado regional office. The Colorado regional office has developed and manages approximately one million square feet of commercial office and flex/R&D space in the greater Denver metropolitan region.
