Shane Denman
Sales & Leasing Associate
Shane Denman has joined Hyatt Commercial as a Sales and Leasing Associate. Prior to joining Hyatt Commercial, Shane worked as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Central Maryland. Mr. Denman specializes in office and flex sales along with leasing assignments, representing both landlords and tenants in various industries throughout Central and Southern Maryland. He will be working closely with Vice President John Gallagher, a veteran in the industry. Shane’s experience on both sides of transactions enables him to play a strong advisory role truly understanding and representing his clients’ needs. As an Anne Arundel County native, Mr. Denman has a keen understanding of the local businesses and market conditions. He is deeply invested in the success of his clients.
Shane received a B.S. from Towson University. He is involved in many community and industry associations, including NAIOP Maryland, ULI, and ABC Networking group. Mr. Denman resides in Annapolis with his wife and is actively involved in the alumni association at his alma mater, DeMatha Catholic High School.
Tyler Wood

Tyler Wood joined Hyatt Commercial in June 2021 as a Sale and Leasing Associate. Mr. Wood specializes in Southern Maryland Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing of office, medical office, flex, retail, industrial, and land. Tyler is a native of Southern Maryland and is highly knowledgeable of the local real estate and business communities. He is known for his ability to fight for his clients’ best interests all while maintaining his laid-back demeanor.
Tyler studied Business Management and was a member of the baseball team at Limestone College. He now lives in Hughesville where he continues to be heavily involved in the baseball community as a player a coach.
Judith Neighoff

Hyatt Commercial promotes Judith Neighoff to Senior Sales and Leasing Associate. Judy brings over 30 years of real estate experience to Hyatt Commercial. Since joining Hyatt in 2016, she has enjoyed benefiting women and minority owned business clients most. With her diverse experience, knowledge and understanding of client’s needs, she has helped to build their wealth through negotiations to acquire, dispose and lease commercial properties. Judith specializes in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, representing specialty properties such as commercial waterfronts, historic buildings, churches, as well as, multi-family, office, retail, land development and industrial properties.

Cecil Cummins
Senior Sales & Leasing Associate
Hyatt Commercial promotes Cecil Cummins to Senior Sales and Leasing Associate. Cecil joined Hyatt Commercial in December of 2017 and has grown into the role of Senior Sales and Leasing Associate with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Sales in Central MD. In his first three and a half years, Cecil brokered over $50MM in transactions, representing more than 70 clients.
